What We'll Do

Here's an example of our itinery

Enjoy a Spanish aperitif at one of the oldest bars in the Aljarafe
Our first stop is a local institution just 5 minutes out of the city that has been in business for over 70 years! Here we will sip on Spanish style vermouth and learn how this drink has been important in Spanish culture. We’ll pair it with what were tapas originally- think cheese, ham and other cured products.
Visit an <i>abacería</i> for some tapas and sherry wine
This entirely family run business is one of our favourite spots in the whole of the Aljarafe to stop by for some wine and a couple of light tapas in the evening. Here will we learn all about sherry, Spain’s most misunderstood wine, and sample some of the tapas coming straight out of the kitchen.
Sit down to dinner at one of Seville's best restaurants
We will finish off with dinner at a modern-style tapas bar that is a reference point for high-end cuisine, not just in the Aljarafe but the whole of Seville. The tapas menu here is ever changing, but no one ever leaves disappointed. We’ll accompany the meal with artisan wines from small production wineries scattered around Andalusia’s lesser known winemaking regions.
